Do you come to me?
Yes, RestartIT is fully mobile. We travel to your home and fix things on-site, right where you use them. There's no shop to drop equipment off at, so nothing gets unplugged or left behind for days.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
Every job is quoted as a flat rate up front, based on the task, not an hourly meter. You'll know the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the bill. Tell us what's going on and we'll give you a clear quote.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Paris and serve Brantford, Brant County and the surrounding southern Ontario region. If you're a little outside that area, reach out anyway. We're often able to travel a bit further.
What hours are you available?
We're available 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Send your request any time and we'll get back to you to arrange a visit that suits your schedule.
