RestartIT was built on a simple idea: technology should make life easier, and getting help with it shouldn't be stressful, confusing or overpriced. We're a local, mobile IT service that comes to you, no shop to drive to, no equipment to unplug and haul across town.

With years of hands-on experience across computers, phones, Wi-Fi and smart-home gear, we've seen just about every tech headache there is, and we fix them in plain language, at a pace that works for you. Whether it's a sluggish laptop, a tricky new device or a Wi-Fi signal that won't reach the back bedroom, we'll sort it out properly.

I started RestartIT because getting help with technology shouldn't mean unplugging everything you own, driving it across town, and getting it back a week later with no real explanation of what was wrong.

I work across computers, phones, Wi-Fi and smart-home gear, and the part I actually enjoy is the explaining. I'd rather leave you able to handle it yourself next time than keep you dependent on me. No jargon, no rushing you, and no selling you hardware you don't need.

I'm based in Paris and cover Brantford, Brant County and the surrounding area. If you're not sure whether your problem is even worth a visit, just ask. Advice is free. I'd far rather answer a quick question for nothing than have someone put up with a problem for months because they were worried what it might cost to find out.
